Electronic Delivery

Select the Electronic Delivery option when adding the Crystal Reports software to the shopping cart.  We will provide a download link and your Crystal Reports license key by email, usually within 4 business hours. In rare cases, delivery of the license may take up to 2 business days.

Crystal Reports orders for delivery outside the United States will be provided by download only; please select the Electronic Delivery option when adding the software to the shopping cart.

Physical Shipment

Physical shipment is available only to US addresses.

Free Standard Shipping

Select the Physical Shipment option when adding the Crystal Reports software to the shopping cart and choose the standard shipping option during checkout for free shipping. 

Choose FedEx for guaranteed shipment on the same day

Purchase Crystal Reports with FedEx Express shipping by 6:00 PM Eastern Time and your order will ship on the same day, guaranteed.

Select the Physical Shipment option when adding the Crystal Reports software to the shopping cart and choose a FedEx Express shipping option during checkout.   

Orders placed before 6:00 PM Eastern Time will ship on the same day.  We will attempt to ship orders placed after 6:00 PM Eastern Time on the same day and guarantee shipment on or before the following business day.   Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day. 

In the unlikely event that we are unable to ship your order on the same day, we will upgrade shipping service to compensate for late shipment.  If it is not possible to upgrade the shipping service so that you receive your order on time, we will refund the shipping charge.
